We at Kids Cavern have always expressed our gratitude & compliments to the team at Pinnaca. They took over from previous long standing partners and improved various aspects of our systems which in turn has help increase revenue. Not so long ago our systems where upgraded to be integrated with our ecommerce platform meaning we now have the ability to trade through multiple channels and manage this through one system.
In previous years gone by other providers have very rarely paid us a visit or much attention whereas with the team at Pinnaca often call us and visit us to keep on top of our requirements and importantly inform us of the market trends and how they see various solutions fitting into our business to aid us in our service to our customers. I certainly value Pinnaca as a partner as opposed to the traditional client - supplier relationship which is often the case.
The team at Pinnaca handled 3 major tasks for us. Becoming our new supplier, upgrading to the latest version and of course our Ecommerce integration. Completing just one of these tasks would be challenging but doing them all at the same time was very impressive. There was a plan, a strategy, a process review, full testing, execution and training. Once again we were very impressed with the engineering and the help and training given to our staff.
To conclude the Pinnaca support team is very responsive, extremely friendly and professional. We are always kept updated by their systems and staff members and most importantly to us they are flexible, honest and trustworthy. We are able to call them any day of the week, at any time of the day, they will always help us no matter what.
