This is the Technology Reseller’s second year of recognising the outstanding achievements and successes of companies across the UK in the Technology Reseller industry. Some of the Pinnaca team attended the Technology Reseller Awards ceremony at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London, on May 25 after we were shortlisted in two categories: SMB Reseller/MSP of the Year and the TR Award for Technical Services and Implementation Providers.
Having gone through a rigorous selection process for both award categories, we knew we were strong candidates for an award. However, we were understandably ecstatic when Pinnaca Retail & IT were announced as the winner in both categories.

SMB Reseller/MSP of the Year award
For the SMB Reseller/MSP of the Year award, the judges required details of 'outstanding projects' implemented in the last year and evidence of recent business, client, and staff growth. The award entry also included proof of excellent customer care, service improvement initiatives, and customer endorsements.
Technical Services & Implementation Provider
The award for Technical Services and Implementation Provider of the Year is for technology service providers that work on behalf of vendors in a consultative, specialist, and integral manner to fulfil a particular installation requirement, and our partnership with Retail Pro International was key to our success in this category.
